Just a note to say that I am putting the blog on hiatus this month, after last month turned out to be quite different from what I expected! I’m hoping I can take the time out to catch up. I’m so behind on reviews (quite a few books read months ago but never reviewed), and would like to build up a bit of a backlog so I have stuff to post if I need to take a break. So December will be my time off – I’ll also be job hunting and hopefully kick starting my museum career…
I’ll pop up now and again to announce the giveaway winners from the various Sci-Fi Month giveaways, and also to post my usual top books of the year, but other than that I’ll probably be pretty quiet. I’ll still be around on Twitter and Goodreads though!

Having a backlog is always a good idea: it takes the pressure off in a major way, and leaves you more room to enjoy what you’re reading. When pressed for time, it’s the best way to go 🙂

December is normally a very busy month, so even if we’re sad to not read stuff from you, we’ll all be happy to give you a vacation 🙂 I would love to do that myself, I also have quite a few neglected reviews >_> when it stops being fun writing posts, maybe it’s time to take a break.
